The Nike+ FuelBand takes fitness to a new level by further integrating your workout with technology. This new wristband monitors your calories burned, heart rate, distance and other goals and can either read out that information to you on its own or help you crunch the numbers by feeding the data to your computer or iPhone.
The software allows you to choose your mood, make notes and other excuses that will allow you to track why, maybe, on a given day you did not work out but did move your hand to your mouth 157 times in 3 hours.
